At A Whole Lotta Class, there is no membership fee just sign up for the classes you want to take. We have a wide variety of cardio and
strength training classes.
If you like to dance and have a lot of laughs and fun doing it then Zumba is for you. Zumba is latin based moves
like salsa or merengue for example. You can burn as much as 500 calories in one hour.
Interval Training is perfect for combining strength training and cardio. You will alternate between a strength exercise then go right into
a cardio burst for 30 seconds to 1 minute. This type of training burns anywhere from 350-500 calories in an hour depending on your
fitness level. This is perfect for those limited to a class or two a week but want to get their heart rate up.
TRX is stability training at its best! Designed by a Navy Seal, this piece of equipment will work your strength and core. What's nice about
this is that you can control the intensity using your own body weight. If you have a weak core, this class would be excellent for you.
Pilates and Yoga are both great for flexibility. Pilates adds a little more intensity using your core.
Boot Camp sounds much worse than it really is but if you like to challenge yourself you will really enjoy it. Boot Camp involves 12 stations
varying between strength and cardio. You are at each station for 40 seconds. After completing all 12 stations there is a water break then
do it all again, 3 rounds in all. It only takes one session to feel and see a difference in your strength, agility and endurance.
